So...what is SweetHeat™? It's the name I've given to describe the flavors you can expect from many of my products. I have sought to balance the level of heat with the sweetness of fruit to create products that my wife, Karen calls 'completely addictive'. She's a full-blooded Cajun, so she prefers it even hotter than I do. Even so, I've found myself at the bottom of a jar without realizing that I had eaten as much of it as I had (actually, it's happened quite a few times!). As the brand is built, I hope it will always be synonymous with fresh ingredients and highest quality products.
