Recipe: Breaded Pork Chops with Citizen Cajun Salsa

You'll need:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of (medium or hot) Citizen Cajun Salsa
- Olive oil or canola spray
- Salt and pepper (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Rub chops with olive oil and place them, one at a time, into plastic bag with bread crumbs. Shake and coat each chop and place them on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes to let crumbs set. Coat 9x13 oven-proof pan (Pyrex or similar type) with olive oil or canola spray. Place chops in pan and spread 1/4 cup of Citizen Cajun Salsa over each chop. Bake, uncovered, for approximately 35 minutes or until internal temperature of chops reaches 155 F. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
